These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mmtravelmovement.com website and the travel advisory services provided by Melody Michaux, an independent travel advisor operating as Michaux Melodic Travel Movement ("MMTM," "we," "us," or "our") and a Jus Adventures Ambassador.
MMTM acts as an intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and other vendors. We do not own or operate these suppliers, and all bookings are subject to each supplier's own terms, conditions, fares, and cancellation policies.
Travel quotes are subject to availability and change until a deposit is made. Deposit amounts, final payment due dates, and accepted payment methods will be communicated to you directly for each booking and are typically paid to the applicable supplier or through channels they designate.
Cancellation, change, and refund policies are set by the individual travel suppliers, not by MMTM. We will provide you with the applicable supplier policies before you book, and any advisory fees paid to MMTM for planning services are separately subject to the terms disclosed at the time of booking.
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, health documentation, and any other travel requirements for your destination. MMTM can provide general guidance but is not responsible for denied entry or travel disruptions resulting from missing or invalid documentation.
MMTM is not liable for acts, errors, omissions, injuries, delays, cancellations, or damages arising from the services of third-party travel suppliers, force majeure events, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability, to the extent permitted by law, is limited to the advisory fees paid directly to MMTM.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse the contact or inquiry forms. Content on this site, including text and images, is the property of MMTM or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which MMTM operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms periodically; continued use of the site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
